NexSniper is a trading performance, analytics, and risk management platform created to help traders organize their trading activities, monitor performance, and improve decision-making through statistics and structured trade management.

NexSniper is not:

• A broker
• A trading platform that executes trades
• A financial institution
• An investment advisor
• A signal provider
• A copy trading service
• A guarantee of trading profits

All trading decisions are made solely by the user.

Trading financial markets—including Binary Options, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Stocks, Commodities, and other financial instruments—carries significant financial risk.

By using NexSniper, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• The Platform cannot predict market movements.
• Risk management tools reduce exposure but cannot eliminate risk.
• NexSniper does not guarantee profitable trades or trading success.

You remain fully responsible for every trade you place and every financial decision you make.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
• Your account is personal and may not be sold, shared, transferred, rented, or used by another individual.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• New users receive a 24-hour free trial to evaluate NexSniper.
• The free trial is intended to provide a genuine opportunity to explore the Platform before purchasing a subscription.
• Each individual is eligible for one free trial only.

To protect the fairness of our platform and community, NexSniper strictly prohibits creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials or other unauthorized benefits.

To detect and prevent abuse, we may use security technologies such as:

• Device fingerprinting
• Browser fingerprinting
• IP address monitoring
• Device identification
• Session analysis
• Fraud detection systems

The following activities are prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts for yourself.
• Using multiple email addresses to obtain additional trials.
• Creating accounts on behalf of others to bypass trial limits.
• Using VPNs, proxies, browser spoofing, virtual machines, or similar methods to evade security measures.
• Attempting to manipulate, interfere with, or bypass NexSniper's fraud prevention systems.

Any user found engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to circumvent these protections may have their account suspended or permanently terminated. NexSniper also reserves the right to block future account registrations associated with the abusive activity.

• Premium features require an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions become active once payment has been successfully processed.

Accepted payment methods currently include:

• Credit/Debit Cards
• Cryptocurrency

Additional payment methods may be introduced over time.

Subscription fees are displayed before payment and are charged according to the selected plan.

Because NexSniper provides a free trial before purchase, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Please evaluate the Platform during the trial period before subscribing.

You agree not to:

• Use NexSniper for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the software.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Abuse promotional offers, referral programs, or free trials.

All software, source code, branding, logos, graphics, educational materials, dashboards, designs, and other content provided through NexSniper are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of NexSniper or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexSniper and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Trading decisions
• Financial losses
• Broker actions or outages
• Market volatility
• Technical interruptions
• Internet failures
• Loss of data or profits

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees or warranties of uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.

This includes repeated or serious attempts to bypass the one-account, one-trial policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or business practices.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of NexSniper after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
